  1. Hello,

I’ve been looking at purchasing some ERE.UN, but can’t pull the trigger on a reit that’s trading at two times book value. I own several other canadian residential reits which trade at around book value. Am I missing something here or using the wrong metric. I always thought you buy reits when they drop below book value.

  2. Happy New Year and thanks so much for your December ‘Dividend All-Star Spreadsheet’.
I noticed the older (ie. June 2017) All-Star spreadsheets used to have the ‘PEG’ Ratio shown in a column, but this newer version doesn’t (unless I missed it). I’m wondering if you found it wasn’t useful and may have dropped it for that reason?
Thanks again for all your hard work!
    Ken P

  3. Hey DI
Congrats on your very robust December and full year dividend income. I like your portfolio, in particular REITS caught my attention. I‘ve none so far in my portfolio, but it‘s definitively something I consider to add.
Keep it up your great work and all the best.
